WITH THE CONTROL4 DS3 DOOR STATION

We are excited to announce that the Control4 DS3 Door Station is now available. It features full HD 1080p video, comes in Black and Brushed Nickel finishes, and can be purchased as a stand-alone module or as a complete door station unit, using any of the 18 new DS3 Virtual Kits

The DS3 Camera Module can easily be swapped into an existing DS2 unit in just a matter of minutes. The DS3 gives you an excellent opportunity to upgrade your customer’s surveillance and intercom experience with full HD video and allows you the chance to discuss additional upgrade solutions to grow your business.

The DS3 can be combined with Luma Insights to add 24/7 AI-analysis for instant alerts when a person, package, animal, or vehicle has been detected. In addition, your customers can easily review those important events that are automatically recorded in the cloud.

DOOR STATION VENDORS

With the latest updates to Smart Home OS 3, third-party door stations can be integrated into Control4 Intercom. Door stations that support standards-based SIP and certified driver include 2N, Comelit, DoorBird, DNake, and Akuvox.

Third-party driver developers can now create drivers for other door stations using our template driver available in the DriveWorks SDK release 3.1.

APARTMENTS, CONDOS, MORE

The Control4 Intercom solution is now even better for multi-dwelling units.

• The EA-5 or CA-10 controllers can now be used as the communication server, so there is no need for dedicated communications server hardware.
• The communication server right from Composer Pro.
• Intercom Anywhere can be used in MDU residences, offices, concierge desk, etc.
• Custom buttons within Intercom Anywhere on the Control4 App can be configured to control automation in residences and common areas.
